We're looking for a Night Concierge to join our team at a prestigious residential development in Fulham/Chelsea. As the first point of contact during overnight hours, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents and visitors receive the highest standard of service while maintaining the smooth operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities Of The Chosen Night Concierge:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and accurately log their details.
• Manage building keys securely and coordinate access for maintenance and repair teams.
• Report any faults or damages within the property to maintain high standards of upkeep.
• Oversee deliveries, sign for packages, and ensure proper storage for residents.
• Establish and maintain a network of local contacts for high-quality recommendations.
• Respond promptly to resident queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Handle lost property and assist residents with locating missing items.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

What We're Looking For From Our Next Night Concierge:

• Driving license essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to tasks.
• Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role is an advantage.
