Night Concierge - Abbatt Property Recruitment : Job Details

Position: Night ConciergeLocation: WestminsterWorking Hours: 4 on, 4 off (7 PM - 7 AM)Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and professional Night Concierge to join a traditional residential block in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a polished appearance, and a strong customer service ethos to excel in a lone concierge role and environment.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in concierge services, ideally within a high-end setting

• Background working in a residential building

• Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills

• A proactive and service-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and autonomously, as you will be the only Night Concierge managing this site

Key duties will involve the following:

• Delivering an exceptional standard of service to all residents and visitors

• Night patrols and checks of the block

• Ensuring the premises remain secure, well-maintained, and welcoming at all times
• Handling enquiries, assisting residents, and addressing any issues professionally
• Managing emergency situations with composure and efficiency
• Performing light cleaning and tidying duties, as required
• Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
