We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift FLT Driver to join our team at the Diss Site.

The role will predominantly be based on the permanent night shift, working as part of the Despatch team in the loading bay. Nevertheless, applicants will need to demonstrate full flexibility in terms of shift patterns and work areas within the operations function.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures, as well as their ability to work as part of a wider team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential requirements of this roles as is being flexible to cover other shifts and work overtime in line with business needs.

Main Purpose of Job

  • Loading trailers
  • Working on take-off
  • Putting pallets into the loading bay
  • Undertaking stock takes
  • Ensuring the loading bay is kept to a clean standard
  • Use of the Cobis system

Job Specifications

  • Ability to follow health and safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Flexible to cover other shifts and work overtime in line with business needs

An FLT licence is required for this role however, full training can be provided to develop the necessary skills.
