Reed Industrial are hiring in Belfast!We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Nightshift Supervisor to support a large client of ours in the food services industry in Coleraine!The roleWorking as the Nightshift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the wider management team in overseeing and coordinating all night shift operations in a large distribution centre. 

• £15 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday shift patterns
• Opportunities to earn weekly bonus (average YTD is £80 per week)

Key accountabilities

• Overseeing and managing a team of warehouse operatives 
• Overseeing picking/packing operations
• Quality assurance spot checking 
• Supporting with moving of loads around the warehouse as required
• Supporting with loading/unloading deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies in your areas

Skills & experienceSupervisory/team leader experience is essential, you must also possess excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with the wider team.Desirable criteria includes:

• Counterbalance forklift licence/experience
• PPT licence/experience 
• Working knowledge of warehouse & distribution centre health and safety
