Night Support Worker - ROCASA Consulting : Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Support Worker in the Watford.

Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks temp)

Shifts: 8pm - 8:15am

Pattern:This will be working nightshifts 4 on 4 off (37.5 hours per week)

Salary:£26,398

Job Details

• You will be supporting vulnerable people and ensuring their safety in the building.• You will act as the first point of contact during night hours and offer professional service to people at the service.• You will be responsible for the safety and security of the service and building at night including responding to incidents, monitoring CCTV and offering help and support to residents with a variety of needs.• Provide high quality customer service including answering telephone calls and dealing with resident queries/issues• Support and talk to residents who request help or may be experiencing distress• Diffuse any situations that may arise between or in relation to residents, escalating where necessary to the on-call manager
