• Conduct stock counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Pick items meticulously for next-day delivery.
• Load company vehicles as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet and exceed operational goals.

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master).
• Proven experience in van/lorry loading with knowledge of weight distributions.
• Awareness of safe handling practices.
• Adequate knowledge of electronic ERP systems.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to collaborate within a small team environment.
