NIGHTS - MAZTROL CNC Programmer , Setter and Operator (Mazak) - Intec Recruitment : Job Details

Our client based in Farnborough are looking for an experienced Mazak with Mazatrol Controls, CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator to join their team on an on-going contract, the role will include a 40% premium for nightshift only working hours 10pm -6am.

CNC Machinist Requirements:

Programming experience with Mazatrol

Mazak Machine Knowledge

Experience with Turning

Demonstrable experience in an aerospace or other highly regulated production environment preferred

Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Setting and operating using Mazak machine tools & controls working with a variety of aerospace super alloys

Responsible for maintaining production output, cycle times & all associated production documentation

Perform TPM & 5S duties within the department

Support quick turnaround innovation tasks

Become an active team member contributing to driving waste elimination and cross- training within department
