Node.Js Developer

• Rate: Circa £500 p/d
• Location: Cambridgeshire - Hybrid 2x Week Onsite
• Employment Type: Contract - Inside IR35
• Term: 6 Months Initial with Extensions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and optimize for speed and scalability.
• Implement data storage solutions and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data consistency and security.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience developing web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (optional).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
