Description

The Non-Traded Operations Supervisor will:

• Overseeing and authorising loan transactions, static data, and new loans.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing and developing a team, including cross-training and performance appraisals.
• Reconciling and reviewing suspense accounts, ensuring timely resolution of aged items.
• Leading operational risk monitoring and reporting.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Participating in projects, including system enhancements and process optimisation.

Profile

The ideal Non-Traded Operations Supervisor candidate will hold a degree in finance, business, or a related field, with at least three years of loan operations experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity. They should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement process improvements. Familiarity with syndications, variable rate loans, and regulatory requirements is essential, alongside excellent communication and advanced Excel skills.
