Key Responsibilities
- Professionally address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, helpful manner
- Assist with complaints, following up to ensure quick, accurate resolution
- Support customers with home delivery issues and web-related concerns
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian with good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer-focused, with a strong passion for problem-solving
- Excellent reasoning, analytical, and communication skills
- Friendly, proactive, and able to handle challenging situations professionally
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is a plus
