What will you do as an NPD Manager?
- Project management launch of new SKUs from concept to market
- Work closely with existing suppliers and also look to build new relationships
- Responsible for saving costs across all brands where possible and negotiating rates
- Manage product timelines ensuring the project meet agreed schedules
- Analyse market trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and present product presentations to customers
- Work with the marketing team to assist with preparing materials for trade shows / events
What do you need as an NPD manager?
- Previous experience within an NPD role is essential ideally from a beauty brand
- Able to demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and a track record of cost savings
- Comfortable working within an SME and fast paced environment
- Proactive, organised and happy to customer facing at times
- Passionate about innovation and bringing new ideas to market
