NPI Engineer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an NPI Engineer, with an established highly regulated manufacturing business based near Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team in a period of continued growth. As the NPI Engineer you will:

• Supporting new business opportunity quotations
• New Product Development Project Management (On time, to cost, for cost, to specification)
• Compiling customer validation and other technical reports, milestone plans
• Introduction of robust manufacturing processes with good procedures
• Building and Maintaining professional customer communications
• Controlling NPI feed-back to the Customer
• Technical meetings
• Introduction of continuous process improvements
• Supporting the facility’s scrap reduction programme
• Maintaining appropriate facility technical records

To be considered for the NPI Engineer role you will need:

• Degree or HND in engineering
• Experience in working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience of DFM (design for manufacture)
• Strong knowledge of gated processes
• 5 + years manufacturing experience
