NQ+ Civil Litigation Solicitor or Lawyer or Fee Earner - LJW Solutions : Job Details

I am currently working with a well established law firm who are seeking an NQ to 5 PQE Civil Litigation solicitor/Lawyer or Fee Earner to join their lively office in East London.

Due to their long standing professional services to the local community since 1963, my client can offer access to a varied, busy, and interesting caseload, dealing with claims arising from landlord and tenant issues, neighbour disputes, unpaid bills, professional negligence, breach of contracts and/or agreements, intellectual property disputes and general business disputes.

This role will also offer exposure to some very engaging debt recovery and breaches of contract.

You will be:

• Preferably NQ to 5 PQE (Civil Litigation Solicitor/ Lawyer or Fee Earner)
• Ability to manage your own caseload with supervision and training provided
• Have excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate initiative and the drive to produce a high standard of service to clients
• Excellent client service skills
• Proven track record of billings
