Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid Working

Hybrid Working & Flexibility:

The Role:

We are looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join our private client team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Whether you’re coming to the end of your training contract or completing the SQE, this role will provide you with the perfect platform to develop your expertise.

You’ll be advising clients on a range of legal and practical matters, including wills, statutory wills and the administration of estates.

Experience in Court of Protection work is a plus but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing expert legal advice to clients, their families, and carers
• Managing a varied caseload, including estate planning and administration
• Working closely with other legal professionals and referral sources
• Delivering exceptional client service in a supportive and collaborative environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• A newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a passion for private client law
• Experience in private client work – Court of Protection experience is an advantage
• Strong client care skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
