About the Role:We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive nursery team in Hove. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education to help support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the care and development of children in a safe, stimulating environment
• Assist in planning and delivering creative, educational activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Help with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest times
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members

Essential Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
