We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing and vibrant nursery in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children's development in a fun and caring environment.

• �? Ensuring children feel safe, supported, and happy at all times.
• ?? Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and learning.
• ?? Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through engaging play.
• ?? Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
• �? Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods.
• ?? Observing and recording children's developmental progress and milestones.

• ? A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• ? Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential).
• ? A genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children.
• ? Strong communication and teamwork skills.
