About the Role:As a Nursery Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care and early education to children in our nursery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning
- Assisting with daily routines, including feeding, nap time, and hygiene practices
- Building strong, supportive relationships with the children in your care, fostering their social and emotional development
- Observing and recording children's progress and sharing insights with senior staff
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, welcoming environment
- Working closely with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Supporting children with additional needs where required

Experience, Training and Qualifications
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
