About the Role: As our Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You'll work closely with the Nursery Manager, leading a dedicated team to create a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for our children to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in managing within a nursery or school environment.

• Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and support a team.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and parents.

• Commitment: A dedicated and enthusiastic approach to childcare and education.

• Adaptability: Able to handle challenges with a positive attitude and find innovative solutions.

• Passion: A genuine love for working with children and helping them develop and grow.

Salary: £27,560 - £30,680 per annum
