This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 6 professional who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to lead a vibrant nursery setting.

As the Nursery Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Leading and mentoring a team of nursery staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Monitoring and assessing children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers to promote collaborative support for children.
• Ensuring compliance with nursery policies, safeguarding protocols, and EYFS standards.
