About the Role

This is a unique time to join Busy Bees as we launch our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners. Guildford Fitzsimmons stands out with a one-acre garden divided into dedicated spaces for each age group, two forest schools, and five spacious base rooms tailored with age-appropriate resources to support children and practitioners alike. We also offer convenient on-site parking and lunch for our staff, all within a supportive, nurturing environment.

Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with BBC Children in Need, with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare
