Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: Up to £28,000
Up to 42.5 hours per week
Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their warm and welcoming team. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, this nurturing setting provides a homely and friendly environment where children aged 8 weeks to 5 years can explore, learn, and grow. With expansive outdoor play spaces, a dedicated forest school, and engaging messy play areas, the service encourages creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s development, creating engaging learning experiences, and working closely with families to provide the best start in life.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for child development, play-based learning, and outdoor education
A warm, patient, and inclusive approach to working with children and families

Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress to ensure tailored learning experiences
Promote outdoor learning through forest school activities and play-based exploration
