• Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in leading the team and ensuring high standards of care and education
• Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting staff across all rooms
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
• Step up in the absence of the Deputy Manager to oversee the nursery’s daily operations

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a senior nursery role with leadership responsibilities
• Passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location: HarrogateSalary: £25,000 - £27,000Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
