Occupational Health Clinical Lead - Gel Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

Our In-House Client based in Hampshire looking for a Occupational Health Clinical Lead to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.

The role is permanent, Ideally full time 5 days per week

Hybrid working with on site and remote working

The role will be on site in Eastleigh 1-3 days a week and remainder days remote

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The Job Role Includes

• Manage and lead a team in OH
• Provide operational duties
• Lead and coach members of OH Staff
• Represent and be a visible lead of the OH team in key project, business and stakeholder meetings

Experience / skills required;

• NMC Registered Nurse
• OH Degree/Diploma essential
• Part 3 registered
• 1-2 year exp as an OH Team leader/Senior OHA
