- HCPC Registered
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Extensive experience with complex moving and handling
- Experience working with adults and the elderly with physical disabilities and dual physical/mental health disabilities

Your Role:
- Conduct assessments and provide a range of specialist equipment, including non-standard stock items and moving and handling equipment.
- Facilitate minor and major home adaptations through Disabled Facilities Grants to help individuals live more independently.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference.
