Office Administrator 

Permanent

Full-time - Monday to Friday  

8:00am - 16:30pm 

Salary up to £35,000

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Office Administrator. 

As an Office Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and deal with post
  • Regular checking of email inbox’s that you are responsible for
  • Be part of a team that ensures the office is open from 8am
  • Ensure financial documents are maintained
  • Oversea the scanning process
  • Handle all Monthly returns
  • Handle client billing
  • Act as Health and Safety Rep and Fire Marshall for the office
  • Administer access and IT equipment for new starters
