This role is being offered on a temp to perm basis, so you will need to be available to start work immediately. Currently based in Lingfield, but with an imminent move to brand new offices in Whyeteleafe, you will be offered full training and support to allow you to grow and progress within this successful Construction business.

Salary: £10.00 - £11.44 per hour

Start: ASAP - temp to perm

Location: Lingfield initially - moving to Whyteleafe

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Our client is a well-established refurbishment and maintenance business with projects across London and the Home Counties. Their clients include NHS Trusts, NHS Property Services, Primary Care, Properties and Schools.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of most office-based activities, this would include good working knowledge of MS Office packages, good written and spoken English and a great telephone manner.

Key duties will include:

  • Accurate record-keeping and documentation control and distribution including risk assessments and work trackers
  • Monitoring of training matrix and booking in of operative training to maintain compliance
  • Monitoring of supply chain insurance / training documentation to maintain compliance
  • Creating job packs for the team
  • Updating online client portals with live relevant job information
  • Booking of operatives onto work sites
  • Customer relations
  • Raising purchase orders to supply chain
  • Purchasing materials and managing order documentation
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries
  • To maintain high standards of customer care
  • Booking in of fleet vehicles into for service, repair and MOT
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc duties

This is an ideal role for a school leaver or someone who has already gained some office based experience and is looking for that next step.
