Newstaff MK are recruiting for an outstanding can-do attitude Office Administrator
This role is a great opportunity for a strong office admin assistant. You will be working within a small office, x 4 people, supporting all departments with several different office tasks
Managing multiple tasks, you will have experience in assisting with administration, production, and general office duties
You will have to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting system maintenance updates• Create and send orders to suppliers and customers • Checking and processing all customer information • Log new and existing customer orders on to the bespoke customer portal • Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls• Processing customer orders• Handling despatch orders • Arrange delivery collections with Palletways or UPS • Production planning • Background in Business systems (MRP and ERP)
Must:
• Ensuring accuracy is maintained• Be a team player, Hard worker • Attention to detail • Highly organised• Be from the Milton Keynes area • Exceptional and must have proven track record of using computer systems which includes Word, Excel/Emails • Have great customer services over the phone and face to face
Salary & benefits
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, half an hour for lunch • Will consider other working hours if you need to fit around childcare • Free on-site parking • £12.98 per hour
