Key Responsibilities:Assisting with Estimates and Maintenance Works
  • Sending estimates, following and liaising with customer
  • Scheduling accepted work and ordering equipment
  • Send maintenance reminders and renewal invoices
  • Schedule maintenance and new client surveys
Administration and Office Management
  • Perform scanning, post, and general administration tasks
  • Answer all incoming enquiries and meet and greet visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office tidiness
  • Prepare for training days
  • Support departments as needed
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior administration experience
  • Strong ability to connect with customers and nurture relationships
  • Confident communication skills
  • Organised and accurate
