The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and residents’ needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Handle tenant and resident enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Assist with property inspections, ensuring properties remain in good condition and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including contracts, financial transactions, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, reports, and correspondence related to property management.
  • Contribute to fostering positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience within the sector preferable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and procedures (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driver’s license (if applicable).
