Key Duties:
  • Assisting with Cost Estimates and Maintenance Tasks
  • Preparing and sending quotes, following up, and liaising with clients
  • Organising approved work schedules and arranging equipment orders
  • Issuing maintenance reminders and renewal notices
  • Coordinating maintenance services and scheduling surveys for new clients
Office Administration and Management:
  • Handle scanning, postal tasks, and general administrative duties
  • Manage incoming enquiries and warmly welcome visitors
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure workspace is kept organised
  • Prepare materials and arrangements for training sessions
  • Provide support to various departments as required
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in administration roles
  • Exceptional ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
