As a pivotal member of our clients’ customer service department, you will be overseeing quotations, providing exceptional administrative support, keeping reports up-to-date, and using your problem-solving skills to address queries and challenges that arise. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of administrative experience, technical savvy, and a customer-focused mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and manage accurate and timely customer quotations.

- Offer administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

- Maintain and update various reports related to customer queries, service performance, and system data.

- Analyse customer problems, working closely with the technical team to identify solutions and communicate them effectively to customers.

- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

- Utilise a range of software systems to record, track, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous improvement in our services.

- Assist with the implementation of new customer service procedures as the company grows and evolves.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service/administration role.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers.

- Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
