Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Newcastle

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-3:30 (1 hour lunch breaks)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, with benefits including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a 3% contributory pension.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with the day-to-day administration tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Format and send service reports to customers with sales invoices
- Order materials from suppliers
- Monitor vehicle checklist returns and log data
- Arrange service/MOT and repairs for company vehicles
- Assist with amendments to QA documentation
- Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings
- Process calibration certificates and update the calibration register
- Scan and file job packs
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- Answer office phones and direct calls to the relevant person/department
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Book training requirements and update the training matrix
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the production of monthly reports
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
