Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Bradford who are looking for Office Administrator (part time) to join their busy team.

About the Business:Our client are a leading yarn dyeing experts with over 100 years' experience, knowledge and technical expertise that guarantees, shade, service and satisfaction. They are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join the team. Proven office experience in the textile industry would be a benefit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily stock control and order processing, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong organisational skills, a confident communicator and a good command of computer applications, including Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll.

About The Offer:

· £22,000

· Part time -25hrs per week.

· Monday - Friday, although may consider over 4 days

Responsibilities:

  • using computerised textile stock control system - inputting and allocating yarn and order processing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • producing delivery notes
  • inputting recipes on stock control system
  • producing and sending invoices
  • maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • liaising with customers via phone or email and producing order priority spreadsheets
  • managing the computerised clocking in system and processing weekly payroll.
  • handling incoming calls in a professional manner
  • supporting financial operations by entering data into Sage Accounts
  • providing general clerical support
  • collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across departments.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Experience within the textile sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems such as Sage 50 Payroll, Sage Accounts and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A confident person who wants to be involved in various areas of a busy office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
