Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the company's main phone line and email ??
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages ??
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner ??
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed ?
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment ???
  • Organise office files for easy accessibility by other staff members ??
  • Record expenses and manage petty cash ??
  • Disseminate office communications to the staff ??
  • Collaborate with partners and staff on a daily basis ??
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning ??
  • Coordinate catering and logistics for internal and external meetings �??
