Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client who are based in central Bristol, we are seeking an Office Assistant. You will be responsible for the team's administration support on their cases and this is a busy department

Responsibilities will include:

  • Filing
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
  • Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for other team members
  • General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents.
  • Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.
  • File closing.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who is either wanting to start their administration career or has gained some admin experience already.

In addition to this they are seeking someone who has or is:

  • A team player
  • Accurate
  • Good IT skills

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based, some hybrid after 6 months)

The Salary:

£22,000
