Office AssistantCity of LondonPermanent£30,000 - £32,000 plus bonus and benefitsA growing consultancy based in the city is looking to hire a fully office-based Office Assistant to join their London office. Working alongside the office manager and a team of EA’s you will be based on Reception and be the first person guests will see when they arrive!WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for their first office role in the buzzy City of London! Typical duties include:
  • Meeting and greeting guests.
  • Setting up meeting rooms, ordering catering for work lunches.
  • Ordering office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock!
  • Supporting the EAs where needed with expenses, potentially supporting with booking travel
  • Supporting the Office Manager with company events
  • Being that “go-to” person for the London office

  • Able to build lasting professional relationships
  • Adaptable and able to prioritise tasks
  • Have strong academics – minimum requirements being A Level or equivalent
