Working alongside the office manager and a team of EA’s you will be based on Reception and be the first person guests will see when they arrive!WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for their first office role in the buzzy City of London! Typical duties include:
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Setting up meeting rooms, ordering catering for work lunches.
- Ordering office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock!
- Supporting the EAs where needed with expenses, potentially supporting with booking travel
- Supporting the Office Manager with company events
- Being that “go-to” person for the London office
