- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised and professional environment.
- Handling front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and liaising with external service providers to maintain a productive workspace.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and assisting with documentation for senior management.
- Providing PA support to directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
- Assisting with basic financial admin, such as processing invoices and expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and office policies.
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
