Remuneration: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum (£13 - £15 per hour)
Contract Details: Temp To Perm (Temp for first 4-6 weeks)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Our client, a leading regenerative farming and food brand, is seeking a passionate and energetic Office Assistant to join their team in Central London.
About the role:
As the Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth and success. Working closely with the Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include:
?? Being the primary point of contact for building staff, and answering external telephone calls before routing them to the appropriate person or team.
?? Greeting visitors warmly and setting a positive tone for their experience
?? Assisting with team movements and milestones, such as organising staff parties and celebrations.
?? Fostering a positive and collaborative culture within our organisation and managing office cleanliness and coordinating with the cleaning service.
?? Assisting with HR administration, including managing recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding of staff.
?? Managing office purchases and maintaining accounting records.
?? Ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked and overseeing kitchen maintenance.
?? Helping establish and maintain office procedures.
?? Booking staff travel, accommodation, and meeting rooms and assisting the senior management team as needed.
?? Taking responsibility for IT equipment and liaising with our IT support team.
?? Ensuring proper organisation and filing of documents and performing any other administrative duties as assigned.
About you:
? Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
? Be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Be proficient in the Google Suite.
? Possess familiarity with working in an office environment and/ or office management procedures.
