- Oversee the smooth running of the front of house service
- Contractual negotiation with various providers
- Manage all elements relating to office maintenance, managing service level agreements
- Budget management
- Landlord liaison
- Support with on-boarding - office tour, H&S induction
- Support on office projects
- Arrange insurance for the office
- Act as H&S Officer for the company
ABOUT YOU
- My client is seeking someone who has proven experience in the Office/Facilities Management space
- Has line managed
- Good experience of H&S
