About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager and Personal Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in London.

This role will be key in supporting the smooth running of their international offices while managing the busy schedules of their Partners. It’s a great opportunity for an individual eager to grow within office management or business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise travel, manage complex diary schedules, and arrange meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the Managing Partners, ensuring their schedules run smoothly.
  • Welcome visitors, handle calls, and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure office supplies and equipment are available and offices are well-maintained.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors (e.g. IT, cleaning services).
  • Coordinate health and safety checks, first aid, and fire marshal training.
  • Assist in organising client and team events, including venue selection, invitations, and logistics.
  • Support the formatting of presentations and pitching materials as needed.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Degree or post-A-level qualifications preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in travel coordination, office management, or PA support.
  • Drive to develop a career in Office Management, PA work, or Business Operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and online file organisation.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to express opinions confidently.
  • Level B1 and above in Italian. Spannish and/or other European languages is a plus.
