Leatherhead (office based)
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients Leatherhead office, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure health and safety.
- Provide receptionist duties and administrative support.
- Organize meetings and manage diaries for the CEO and SLT.
- Support Board and sub-committee meetings.
- Handle CEO communications and internal communications.
- Organize office events and provide ad hoc support.
Person Specification:
- Office management and reception experience.
- 5+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Experience with executive teams and Board meetings.
- Proactive, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
