As the first point of contact for day-to-day office management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s offices. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, fostering a professional and efficient working environment for all employees. Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, implement policies, manage maintenance, and coordinate IT support.
  • Handle employee inquiries, prepare workspaces for new starters, supervise office staff.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, oversee procurement, and collaborate with the accounts team on financial documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, maintain confidentiality of legal documents, and assist with legal regulatory requirements.
  • Support building management for office events.
  • Manage client complaints and build relationships with suppliers.
