Our client a growing organisation, within the renewable energy sector, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee their administration team and ensure the smooth running of their offices in Oxford.
This role will be split between managing a small administration/customer support team and office management.
Typical duties may include:
To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years previous administration or customer service experience at a supervisory level or higher, along with excellent customer service skills and be a strong communicator both written and spoken. You will have some experience recruiting and training new members of staff, and be pro active in your working style. We are seeking those with a positive 'can do attitude' and someone is 'hands on’, leading by example. You should possess strong Computer Skills, ideally with experience using SAGE 50/200.
Please note you are required in the office each day, there is no hybrid offering available. Office hours are 9am -5pm.
In return my client offers a competitive salary plus a monthly and annual bonus, on site parking, good benefits including enhanced holiday with a Christmas shut down period.
