**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE**We have an exciting opportunity with our client, who is a privately owned, independent Estate Agency in Ely to join their busy office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management, they pride themselves on their local knowledge advising homeowners on buying and letting in the local area. The successful candidate must have previous Estate Agency experience, but management experience is not essential. You must have a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Office Manager include:
- Basic £35,000
- OTE £40,000 - £42,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm (with a day back when worked)

Responsibilities for the role of Office Manager include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Informing buyers of new instructions
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
- Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
- Negotiating and agreeing sales
- Sales Progression when necessary
- Arranging market appraisals
Key skills and experience required for the role of Office Manager include:
- Must have previous Estate Agency experience
- Varied, fast-paced and rewarding role
