14 month MAT Cover
Operations/Office Tasks:
- Day to day management for all project admin tasks
- Arrange and take minutes for monthly board meeting
- Timesheet collection and approval
- Supplier contract renewal
- Health & Safety
- IT Management - new starters, mobiles, contracts, insurance
- Maintaining office supplies
Finance Tasks:
- Recording transactions in Quickbooks
- Reports on Cashflow and Debtors
- Payroll Preparation for outsourced Firm
- Payments, bank reconciliations
HR:
- Contracts
- Prepare for new starters
- Setting up of annual reviews
