Job Overview:
We are seeking a full time and fully office based skilled Office Manager / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Handling correspondence and phone calls
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Scanning, printing and filing documents
- Organising and re-ordering supplies when needed
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Looking after the health and safety of the office building
- Managing the tenants who reside in the building
- Dictation
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
