This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end property investment firm with a hard working team. You will be providing Office Management support with some Personal Assistant duties. This is a temp to perm opportunity, you must be immediately available to apply for this opportunity. You will be based in office five days per week, 9:00 – 5:30. This role is starting asap. WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will act as the go-to person in the office of fifteen people. You will be working independently on the OM side and within a team of two PA’s. • Full operations of the office• Maintaining office supplies and creating a pleasant work environment• Providing front of house support, greeting clients• Meeting room management with b2b meetings • Booking travel, transfers and accommodation• Event organisation• Updating the database with procedures and logging data• Hands on with facility management, IT and keeping the office tidy • Ad-hoc PA duties WHO YOU ARE:You will be a proactive candidate who is looking for a long term role within a family office environment. My client is looking for solid Office Management experience and a highly organized individual who is personable and approachable. Requirements:• 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role• Confident using all Microsoft Office platforms• Highly presentable and reliable• Personable, mature and ability to work independently• Extremely organised and pay high attention to detail• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal• Able to focus on quality, discretion and confidentiality• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure• Right to work in the UKIf you are interested and meet the full requirements listed above, please apply today.
