Job Description :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager/ Team Assistant to join a luxury property investment firm in the West End. This is a dynamic, varied role that will allow the successful candidate to take on a range of responsibilities, from office management duties to occasional personal assistant tasks. The position is based in the office five days a week, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.Who You Are:
  • You will have 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • You are adept at multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
What You Will Do:
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, etc.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Event coordination
  • Oversee facilities management and ensure the office remains tidy
  • Perform ad-hoc Team PA duties as required
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth operation
