Duties:
- Manage office supplies and ensure everything is stocked and organised.
- Set up meeting rooms and coordinate logistics for daily office operations.
- Multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team.
- Foster a friendly and professional environment, making sure everyone feels welcome.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
- Professional yet approachable demeanour.
