Office Supervisor £30,000 - £40,000 - nr Wellingborough

We are excited to be partnered with a family run business based in Northamptonshire. They are seeking a driven and focused office supervisor to join their team. As a business they strive on quality, communication and going that extra mile. We are looking for someone long term that will grow with the business both personally and professionally.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing other members of staff
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Dealing with and answering customers questions
• Booking of accepted quotations for install
• Writing and sending quotations to potential new customers
• Liaising with and assisting upper management.

Requirements:

• Must have a good track record with previous experience in managing a team.
• Confident in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in the insulation industry would be advantageous
